SHOULD I KNOW?
what
Thank you so much for serving at Every Nation Campus. Because of your faithfulness in serving on the Dream Team we've identified you as someone who can lead others. We are so excited to walk this journey with you by equipping and empowering you to lead well.

For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many - Mark 10:45 ESV. Leadership is serving. Therefore, to think like a leader means to think like a servant - Steve Murrell.
So, what does this leadership entail?
-
We will host a social once a term so that we can get to know, pray for and encourage each other.
-
We will give you leadership videos so that you can grow in your knowledge of how to lead well.

So, what are some of the practical requirements to lead others well?

-
Arrive one hour prior to the service to set up & join the pre-prayer team.
-
Stay 30 minutes after the service ended to help set down.
-
Be present at our Dream Team training, to present training in the area that you lead (happens once a month).
-
On Sunday that you’re serving, lead the volunteers who are serving with you and show them how to usher with excellence, and help them if they forgot how to do it.
-
Stand-in for Campus Team members, when they’re on leave to make sure everything runs smoothly.
-
On the day that you serve, check in with the volunteers that are with you on your team and pray with them if there are any prayer needs.
-
If you have new volunteers serving with you, invite them to join a connect group and encourage them to attend Victory Weekend.
-
Make some time available for your team to huddle and have a moment to pray together and build relationship.
